Hello Team Omnicard, I am Anurag Pillai, and I have been using your Omnicard app for the past two years. Two days ago, I tried making a payment using Omnicard, but I received an error message saying, *"Action not allowed, please contact customer care."* Since then, I have been trying repeatedly, but I am unable to make payments through either UPI or card. My Omnicard account has a balance of ₹22,600, which I had transferred from my bank account as part of my savings. Please resolve this

App is great overall.but the customer care support is not upto the mark you need to improve your customer care and there are some features you need to add in the future updates is that work on the Autopay and optimization of the ui/ux . I'm struggling with the autopay i can't do any payments without the Autopay so please do work on this.
