Chatbots suck! I have some emergencies but it takes endless time for the sceleton staffs they have to reply. I'm stuck with 2 Intl payments for almost 24 hours, I have just 1 reply from them in snailspeed. Traditional method of calling and speaking to a customer care person would have saved me much easily.

Kyc pending issue, its been like this for months and have never seen this kind of issue with any other cards. Contacted the customer service, they don't know when this will be fixed. Just standard templated responses. Ticket ID: 7121250
