I added this extension an hour ago and have reminders set for every 2 hours. I have received at least 6 reminders already. Why is it sending reminders so often?! If this actually worked and only sent one reminder every 2 hours like I set it to do, I would love this extension.
This app kept cycling the same five or so exercises over the course of the full day that I had it. I had it set to every thirty minutes, the fastest of the choices, and had to work extra long yesterday (12 hours), so had plenty of time to see lots of stretches. Also, when I clicked on "find more exercises" on the popup page, it took me to a commercial website with NO exercises. The link at the bottom to "schedule a consultation" would have been enough advertising - no need to bait and switch to get more clicks.
