Now it's possible tu create your own workouts (or anything else!) and used them along the default workouts.
Countdown for the next notification has been added on the settings panel.

This helps me get up and move around every now and then. I love the fact that you can set up the timer for when you want to get the reminders and it will just give you a random exercise to do!
