By every metric nexar sucks so bad. I'm going through agent hot potato hell between not being able to access my videos (because God forbid they can't be encrypted to death) and now the contact us tab on the app won't work so I'm duking it out through Chrome (the website doesn't work well in Firefox). Save yourself pain and don't use a cloud based nexar product.
