User reviews
There are so many things wrong with this extension.
1) The Quick-Seach hotkey should be a key combination, not just a single character. (It should be like Alt-Q or something like that)
2) When entering passwords on a website, it should prompt if you want to save that password into IT Glue.
3) The username field should be above the password, why is it 5 rows below the password field?!
4) When you go to create a password, it should assume you want to create a password for the site you're on, and auto-fill the URL and page Title as the Name.
5) I need to be able to create passwords and put them info folders. Why can't I create / see folders?!
6) When going to look for passwords, you can't see folders.
7) You should be able to edit the password directly from the extension, not need to "View in IT Glue" - what a waste of time.
8) The new password generator (if using passphrases) is a joke, it generates a big list of random words, with a separator, but doesn't add numbers or uppercase letters. There's probably no website in existence that will take an all lowercase password with no numbers.
9) There should be a "Stay logged in for n days" option, and each time you visit the IT Glue site, the timer should reset. Every time I go to use this, I don't realize it's not logged in - again, more wasted time.
10) There's no way to create TOTP within the extension - again, have to waste time going to the actual IT Glue page.
11) The extension should save state, or stay floating on top when you click away so you can copy and paste things like URL, etc.
Please re-develop this extension, this is horrible.
This is getting worse over time—it’s becoming less and less functional. It fails to detect when you’re logged in, doesn’t recognize website URLs, and can’t autofill OTP information. The FREE Apple Password Manager is vastly superior by comparison!
