1)

- Нажмите на него правой кнопкой мыши. 
- Из всплывающего меню выберите "Звонок из Битрикс24".
2)
- Находясь на нужном веб-сайте, нажмите на иконку приложения в верхнем правом углу. 
- Нажмите на появившуюся кнопку "Разрешить использование приложения на этом сайте".
- Перезагрузите страницу.
- Около телефонных номер, найденных на странице, появится иконка телефонной трубки. Нажимайте на нее и звоните!

Для использования приложения необходимо:
1) Указать в параметрах приложения имя вашего портала. Например, "zvonok.bitrix24.ru". Чтобы открыть параметры нажмите на иконку приложения в верхнем правом углу правой кнопкой мыши и выберите "Параметры".
2) Установить десктопное приложение Битрикс24

Ценный инструмент. Доработайте для Украины. Не получилось с Google sheets. В ячейке таблици Google sheets c номером телефона, значек "звонилки" появляется и пропадает при полной загрузке страници.
