Добрый день. Мы автоцентр, продаем новые авто и проводим обслуживание. 5 лет пользуемся Binotel. Без телефонии в нашем бизнесе ну вообще ни как. CRM, СМС рассылки, перевод звонков, и т.д. Очень большой функционал. Binotel на высоте. Постоянно что то новое. И хочется поблагодарить Ирину Саган. Очень отзывчивый сотрудник. Если что то новое - сразу позвонит, объяснит. Если надо оптимизировать (убрать не используемые функции) тоже обязательно поможет. Высокая оценка не только Binotel но и персоналу.

Все гуд працюе, більше кліентів, більше можливості динамічно працювати з дзвінками. Звук бувае такий собі, але це в 3% дзвінків
