Extension allows you to lock tabs based on address. If you lock a website you'll be asked for prompt on close.

Lock it - Chrome Extension for Tab Locking

Lock it is a Chrome extension called 'Lock it' that provides the functionality to lock specific tabs based on their address. This prevents accidental closure of important websites. Additionally, Lock it has a feature called deadlock that reopens closed tabs even after a warning prompt. However, selecting this option is not recommended and can be accessed in the Lock it extension options.
