I’m sorry to say, this dialer has been a frustrating experience. I’ve tried to work through the issues, but they just keep piling up. I can’t recommend this extension—or Smrt Phone services as a whole. The main issues? It’s extremely glitchy. I have to reinstall the extension every other day, calls frequently drop, and sometimes I won’t even hear a ring tone. Just recently, none of the call information appeared on my screen after a voicemail, and I had to restart my computer just to end the call. That was the final straw. Plus, the interface feels outdated—this is not 2006, Smrt Phone. Please, improve your service and update the design to better meet today’s standards.

For all the ones having issue with the app, I do suggest to log out, before you log off, then when you cut on your computer to work the next day. Simply do a reset and log on, it should work. Cant explain it, but its like if its connected and left connected when you turn off your computer, its like it gets lost in space and you have to bring it back lol
