I installed the extension.. But I don't know how to make it available.. When clicking the icon, it comes here only. Please help.

It not working perfectly. i selected male voice, it's speaking female voice. and it not reading selected text, it speaking some other text.

Speech quality is really good and especially "zha/ழ" pronunciation I liked it. This is a good initiative and it is opensource as well. I wish this engine shall evolve and more stable in the near future.
