What is PxtoRem?

PxtoRem is a Chrome extension providing a straightforward solution for pixel to rem unit conversion. It features a popup window where users can enter pixel values to automatically convert and list their rem counterparts. This extension also allows users to set the base pixel value. Notably, the values inputted are stored locally for future reference. The creator of PxtoRem is also behind Snapfont, a useful extension for testing fonts on any live website.

A simple calculator to convert pixel values to rem values

Simply open up the popup window and add the pixel sizes you want to convert in the textarea and the list will be automatically updated with the rem versions of those pixel values.

You can also set the base pixel value too.

Best of all, the values are stored locally so whatever changes you make will be there when you open the popup window.
