- You can record risk signs, coping strategies, social activities, support systems, and safe environment plans and check them daily.

- Record your daily emotions. You can display emotions such as happiness, depression, and stress with the scroll bar, and you can freely write about your mood and emotions of the day.
- You can view your records at a glance with an icon in the mood calendar.
- An emotional diary can be a great help in understanding yourself.
3. Utilize surrounding resources
- Easily find available services, nationwide suicide prevention centers, and state-provided support services.
- We introduce a platform that provides professional psychological counseling and provide discount coupons.
4. Get the information right
- We provide information to help you properly understand suicide and help you find ways to take care of yourself.
- Introduce the treatment method and process for suicidal thoughts, and learn about the 10 rules for preventing suicide.
5. Provide emergency contact information
- When your mind is very tired and you have difficulty controlling it on your own, ask for help from an expert.
- You can immediately call the suicide prevention hotline, mental health hotline, Korea Lifeline, and emergency rescue call.
