Avaya IX™ Workplace needs valid licenses for the following: Avaya Aura® Web Gateway Avaya Aura® Media Server (AAMS) Avaya Aura® Solution including Session Manager, Communication Manager, System Manager, Device Services (AADS), Presence and Multimedia Messaging (PMM) Salesforce integration requires Salesforce Open CTI and works with Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited editions. Office 365 integration requires an Enterprise license - E3, E4, or E5.

Nice functionality and interface. Overuse of the Desktop Notifications (which cannot be turned off). Multiple notifications whenever a network changes or internet is down. Please include an option to disable notifications / popups. Constantly displaying these Notifications and distracting from work • contacts service is unavailable • contacts service is available • presence service has been restored • presence service is unavailable Will change to 5 stars when Notifications can be disabled. I only want to know when someone is calling.
