Form Editor - Chrome Extension

Form Editor is a Chrome extension that allows you to edit custom requests to web servers. It provides features such as automatically extracting forms from web pages, modifying form method and action, adding or removing <name, value> pairs, and editing existing pairs. Very simple. Would be cool if it supported PUT/PATCH/DELETE methods etc (even if it doesn't support data for these, just access)
