User reviews
Users appreciate the extension's simplicity and its ability to batch convert Gmail emails to PDF files locally without account setup, especially saving time during bulk downloads. However, multiple users report serious issues such as producing empty PDFs, non-functioning download buttons, and confusion about where files are saved. While many find it effective for archiving emails, inconsistent performance and occasional failure diminish its reliability.
Pros
- Works well for batch downloading multiple Gmail emails as PDFs, saving significant time.
- Simple to use with no account creation required for basic functionality.
- Successfully saves PDFs locally to the Downloads folder.
- Compatible with Chrome-based browsers like Vivaldi and Edge.
- Helpful tool for archiving and organizing emails in PDF format.
Cons
- Frequently produces empty PDFs or fails to include attachments.
- Simple (orange) button often does not work or download anything.
- Some users report the extension not working at all despite following instructions.
- The blue button sometimes only opens the print dialog instead of downloading PDFs directly.
- Lack of clarity about where PDFs are saved; some users cannot locate downloaded files.

I compared two extensions on an Edge browser, and I like this one better. No extra setup needed like creating an account, it simply allows you to save the selected emails as PDFs into your Downloads folder. The font styles are different, but it works fine for what I needed it for.
