There is no ratings below Zero as the product stopped working randomly and their customer service does not exists. Stay AWAY and run in opposite direction. BAD BAD BAD =ALL bad and worst

Pros: It did an excellent job of conversions when it worked: I generally used it for PDF to Word conversions, although it offered a wide range of conversions. Cons: My password no longer works, and when I try to reset it, I receive the message "System too busy." Please try once more." This has been happening for months. When I try to use the "Free trial" feature, the same thing happens. My attempts to reach them via their website have gone unanswered. Overall, everything looks to have ceased working, and the company has not responded to my contact attempts. Paid from premium ltd, I feel cheated.
