I don´t received the license key after paying

Unfortunately, the Chrome app no longer works. After entering the code in the pop-up, nothing happens. Removed browsers in my account in hopes of getting the app to work. Unfortunately nothing helps. If it works, it is a useful solution. I hope the app is still maintained. Unfortunately, the app has become completely unusable for now.
