Rollo's Chrome Extension provides an easy way to print your labels from Fedex.com

Extension will convert the 8.5 x 11 size labels by adding a button called "Rollo Labels" - this will convert that label to thermal printer friendly size in one click.

Service is provided for free. You would just need a Rollo account (also free).

For all other shipping labels such as UPS, USPS and marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, please use Rollo Ship Manager and not this extension.

It worked fine when I first started using it. Starting last year 2021 it wouldn't convert any of my USPS or UPS labels. I have emailed support on numerous occasions, and they keep telling me that they can't keep up with USPS or UPS updates but to use the ship station. So, your extension can't convert but ship manager can. I think that is Bull and just a sells tactic to get people to use their ship manager. Know I have to go through many Hoops just to be able to print label. Waste of productive time. It was a good Extension gone wrong. should have brought a cheaper printer it probably would have still been converting. Shame on ROLLO. As a content Creator I will make sure to do a proper review!

Can't get this to work at all for Amazon seller central in the UK

Agree with other reviews: used to be just fine but has not worked for many months now with no help from Support. Sometimes there are actually sporadic updates to the extension which would make you think they're working on fixing it, but nothing has actually happened. We have a workaround but it is annoying and less efficient. Their excuse is always that their programmers are "playing whack-a-mole" with the UPS updates, but UPS doesn't update that often and it's not like the updates are significant anyways. Consider this extension abandoned.
