Sarbjeet Singh, 2024-10-29The dashboard has not worked for us for months now. It should actually show the performance at article and account level. This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.
