I have already reset my password twice and, although I am successfully logged in to my JS account on their site, the extension drop down just buffers and buffers and eventually crashes without letting me log in. In fact, the pin wont even drop down at all if I am already on amazon.com. Incredibly disappointing... anyone have solutions?

2023-03-09	pietro arrigoni	often not working properly. not updated datas. missing infos. customer support says that amazon is not providing datas but sometimes they need to refresh or wait some days and the datas comes out. its not reliable for professionals. not 100% of the times working well. (I have the premium full cost extension, not the subscription. i bought the extension years ago)

Por favor resuelvan eso JS, acabo de pagar mi plan anual y no se vale que ahora hagan eso, son HORAS de productividad perdidas, y multiplicado al año es muuuuucho dinero. Espero lo tomen en cuenta, pues no son los únicos en el negocio. Helium 10 les está ganando el mercado a pasos agigantados.

I've tried for hours and hours to use this extension and I've literally got nowhere with my research; I've just spent the best part of a week closing my tabs and refreshing my pages and starting over and over again because jungle scout can't run at all, it packs in strait away its just super buggy and doesn't really work. a simple task like simply opening the tab will take 2 minutes then to search a filter might work if you're lucky but if it does that will take 5 minutes and so on. then it will make everything run even slower, then you will probably close everything off and start again as it can't cope with anything. pretty much useless and just wastes your time.

2022-11-18	NAK KOE	What the bloody hell have you done to the extension, why did you change the visual aspect of it on search pages, the text is a lighter colour and does not stand out as much from the background on the amazon search page, furthermore the box under the product in the search page is not as condensed as it used to be and takes up more space from wasteful line spacing. Before the monthly sales was in dark bold orange, now its in normal grey font making it take longer to casually scan through monthly sales on a search page. Makes it less efficient to do research. Who's idiotic idea was this? Is this how far you have come as a company that you have now run out of ideas and have resorted to changing something that was perfectly fine to make yourself feel like you are doing something? For the rest of the text you changed the font from dark black bold, to grey, why? It was more then perfect before. Im looking back at screenshots I saved in the past comparing the search page to how it looks now and it is making my blood boil. Jesus Christ. Change it back will you. Whoever changed the design clearly is not someone who uses junglescout to carry out amazon research.

It chugs my entire browser until I close the tab running it, and then everything goes smooth again. Quite frequently I have to refresh the entire page and start over, because it apparently times out half-way through and freezes, so half the time I don't even get the end results. (let alone can interact with any of the buttons) Great concept, but it's just not working for me. Just a shame it cost me $70USD to find out.

After bringing the issue to their attention with the hope of coming to a mutual solution, we didn’t hear back for 2 months. We were told that there isn’t a possible solution due to the fact that we’re in a contract.
