It worked fine when I first started using it. Starting last year 2021 it wouldn't convert any of my USPS or UPS labels. I have emailed support on numerous occasions, and they keep telling me that they can't keep up with USPS or UPS updates but to use the ship station. So, your extension can't convert but ship manager can. I think that is Bull and just a sells tactic to get people to use their ship manager. Know I have to go through many Hoops just to be able to print label. Waste of productive time. It was a good Extension gone wrong. should have brought a cheaper printer it probably would have still been converting. Shame on ROLLO. As a content Creator I will make sure to do a proper review! | |

Agree with other reviews: used to be just fine but has not worked for many months now with no help from Support. Sometimes there are actually sporadic updates to the extension which would make you think they're working on fixing it, but nothing has actually happened. We have a workaround but it is annoying and less efficient. Their excuse is always that their programmers are "playing whack-a-mole" with the UPS updates, but UPS doesn't update that often and it's not like the updates are significant anyways. Consider this extension abandoned. | |

Echoing the below comments, over the last few months using the extension has been mostly a miss. I reached out to support when it "broke" the first time and was told that their developers do not have time to continually update the extension with all the new Chome requirements. Cannot verify how often Chrome changes, but still, give me a break. Was also referred to their Shipping Manager which (like the other reviewers said) which for me does not offer the same shipping options that USPS does. I even had purchased the new wireless model to make it easier to create labels from multiple areas in the house. So stupidly annoying. | |

Worked great with UPS for almost 2 Years. Out of nowhere they want to ENSURE you use their SHIP Manager Software, which is actual garbage! You can't even create contacts on it! Rollo Printer in the trash now | |

Worked great with FedEx for a year then poof, it's broken and has been broken for a month! Get it together! | |

On FedEx it says the page expired, please refresh. Tried all the normal troubleshooting stuff and can confirm this extension is broken. |
