It was working well from 2 years. But now facing a number of problems. 1. first of all a response continued to reflect: "recorder already open" 2. now unable to install it no guidance/service from the screenpal

Paid for it twice. Can't use it. Can't get a refund. The app is not compatible with my desktop, but now that I've paid for it, I can't use the website. It just keeps trying to go through the app. There's no tech support, so I'm not going to be able to finish the project I need to finish and can't get help with it. Don't waste your time or money. Troll the prisons for your next boyfriend instead. It's safer.
