Did the complete account set up. Entered all my information and verification in my email. Message indicated account verified and ready for log in. I'm having problems logging in. When I Create/log-in. It gave me an error message done this multiple times, I un/installed the app multiple times, and I'm still getting an error message. I'm starting to give up on trying to log in. The APP is trash!!! And I only tried this hearing aids 1 time and frustrated and very dissatisfied...

Set up left ear, halfway through the right it said it had to reset the connection. Couldn't remember the left so I had to go through a rather lengthy process (again) Has only one tone adjustment. A two or more band equalizer would be nice...
