Не знаю почему сам Авито позволяет размещать бесплатно тысячи одинаковых объявлений, но это расширение реально спасает от этого спама. Единственное замечание, что если на странице все объявления скрыты, то приходится немного скроллить вниз, чтобы добраться до кнопок пагинации. Может быть можно сжать как-либо этот пустой контейнер по вертикали.
