Extension summary
Right click on a twitch stream channel and select "Track/don't track this stream". This extension automatically adds it to a list of streams to watch, and notifies you when a stream you are tracking goes live, through a popup that appears by clicking on a button on the top right corner of your screen. It checks the stream once every 20 seconds.
