HueCellar is a colour palette workshop that runs entirely on your device.

Most palette apps hand you a random spray of colours and leave you to sort it
out. HueCellar starts from a rule instead. Pick a harmony — analogous,
complementary, split-complementary, triadic, tetradic or monochrome — and the
forge derives a full set from a single base hue. Drag the hue wheel to steer it,
and watch the harmony markers show you exactly where each colour is coming from.

LOCK WHAT WORKS, RE-ROLL THE REST
Found one colour worth keeping? Lock the slot. Every unlocked slot re-rolls
around it, so you narrow in on a set instead of starting over each time. Change
the slot count from three to six, or open any swatch and tune its hue,
saturation and lightness by hand.

SHELVE IT IN THE CELLAR
Save a palette and it goes into your cellar with a name you can edit and a star
you can set. Search by name, rule or note, sort by newest, A–Z or starred first,
and swipe to remove anything that stopped earning its place.

COPY IN THE FORMAT YOU ACTUALLY USE
Every colour can be copied as HEX, RGB or HSL — pick your default in settings
and tap a swatch to put it straight on the clipboard. Copy a whole palette in
one go when you are moving it into a design tool.

CHECK CONTRAST BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Each colour shows its WCAG contrast ratio against both white and black, with the
grade attached (AA, AAA or fail). Switch the target between AA and AAA depending
on how strict the job is.

TWENTY-FOUR PALETTES BUILT IN
The atlas ships with 24 hand-picked reference palettes across six collections —
Botanical, Neon Nocturne, Sunbaked Clay, Nordic Frost, Retro Print and Deep
Ocean — each with a short note on how to use it. Shelve any of them with one tap
and take it into the forge as a starting point.

TRACK WHAT YOU MAKE
The dossier keeps a running picture of your work: palettes shelved, mixes
rolled, values copied, and a chart of which hue families your colours actually
live in. Ten honours mark the milestones along the way.

COMPLETELY OFFLINE
No account. No sign-up. No network requests at all — the release build ships
without even an internet permission. Your palettes, preferences and stats live
in local storage on your device and go nowhere else.
