Digital Alertness

This app is for you if you find yourself unknowingly passing time while using an application.

Senario:
You want to take a brake and decide to open YouTube for 10 minutes. You get sucked in and before you know it you are in for 2 hours. How did that happen?

This app will alert you when you have spent a specified amount of time in apps you select from the list of apps on your phone.

By default:
a. It will alert you every 20 minutes.
b. A list of popular social media apps are selected. You can deselect them or select more.


This app is NOT for you if you can not leave the app after you have been alerted. It does NOT automatically take you away from the app you are spending too much time on, it only makes you aware of the time to change your behaviour as you would like.
