BenKon Technician

BenKon Technician is an internal application for technicians to perform the installation of BenKon monitoring equipment at customer locations. The application supports technicians in systematic operation, ensuring quality and complete acceptance documentation.

MAIN FEATURES

• Manage installation work by task code assigned by the coordination department.

• Capture photos with GPS metadata, time, and location information — ensuring transparency of progress.

• Measure and compare sensor values ​​(ammeter clamp, temperature) in real time, comparing actual values ​​with BenKon sensor values.

• Support a variety of equipment: air conditioners (1-phase / 3-phase), refrigerators, outdoor units — with a comprehensive catalog of brands/models.

• Site plan: mark the location of each device on the actual floor plan.

• Electronic acceptance report with customer signature + photo for documentation.

• Offline-first operation: Technicians can operate normally when the signal is lost, and the app automatically synchronizes when the network is restored.

• Supports two operation modes: individual device or batch mode for installing multiple devices simultaneously.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

This application is only for technicians authorized by BenKon to access system tasks. A task code issued by the dispatch department is required before use. Not for general users.

PRIVACY

The application only collects data necessary to complete the installation work: photos taken at the location, GPS location, and device information. There are no advertisements, and data is not sold to third parties.
