After completing the service, the technician can close the task, providing a description of the work performed, solution applied and any additional relevant notes. They can record the time taken to complete the job and add any additional information needed.

In addition, the application allows the technician to register procedures related to the service. This includes identifying additional issues encountered during maintenance, the need for replacement parts, or any other relevant information that needs to be communicated to service providers.
