AcademyBase

AcademyBase is an app for running a sports academy — trainings, attendance, fees, video analysis and parent communication in one place.

The app is part of the AcademyBase platform. You set your academy up at app.academybase.io, and the app handles the day-to-day: what happens on the pitch, happens on your phone.


FOR ACADEMY OWNERS

- Academy overview: players, teams, today's sessions, fee status
- "Needs attention" — players without a medical certificate, documents about to expire, unpaid fees
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel trainings
- Record attendance for any team

VIDEO ANALYSIS

On the web, the coach adds a training or match clip and marks the key moments — what was done well, what needs work, where a tip helps. In the app, parents and players see those moments as a list; tapping one opens the clip at that exact second.

A clip is visible to the family only if the coach has shared it.


BY SPORT

Football, basketball, volleyball and other sports academies. Goalkeeper academies get a dedicated module: evaluations across nine metrics, anthropometric measurements and a progress chart over time. Basketball and volleyball academies get their own skill ratings and match statistics.


NOTIFICATIONS

Push notifications for a new or cancelled training, a child's absence, a recorded payment and a new match report. Tapping a notification opens the relevant screen directly.


LANGUAGES

Serbian, English, Croatian and Macedonian.


DATA PROTECTION

Access is restricted at the database level: owners see their academy, coaches see their teams, parents see their children, players see themselves. Academies cannot see each other's data. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.

The app contains no ads and no usage tracking.


ACCOUNT REQUIRED

An AcademyBase account is required. Academies sign up at academybase.io; coaches, parents and players get their account from their academy.
