App for citizens to communicate with the ombudsmen in their city, allowing them to make complaints and monitor their progress until the final answer. It also shows news from the selected entity (city halls, chambers or municipalities).
This app is only a means of communication between the citizen and public or private government entities.
iOuvidor is only associated with the entities that are within its register of entities, not being responsible for the actions or the lack of them resulting from its use.
