Recent reviews
The app is supposedly designed to help ppl with ADHD (famously known for remembering things like subscription fees), and to be effective it looks like it would have to be used for several months at least. And it hits you on the head that a Dr. George Sachs was involved, so they _do know_ their target. Having that in mind I find it downright predatory that the app requires signing up for a pretty high subscription to even access the 7-day trial. The only thing I got out of it was anxiety.

inflow is helpful for learning about adhd and managing everything i struggle with because of it. there's a 7-day free trial that's extremely helpful even if you can't afford to subscribe to inflow. I feel more in control of my mental/emotional well-being because of the tips, understanding, and insight inflow gave me.
