HOW IT WORKS
The check-in walks you through five gentle steps:
1. A little about you, so the reflection feels personal
2. How you have felt over the last two weeks
3. What has been weighing on you: work, money, relationships, health, grief, loneliness and more
4. The support you have around you
5. Your reflection: a warm, personal summary with small, practical suggestions

You can print your reflection or save it as a PDF to keep, or to share with someone you trust.

COMPLETELY PRIVATE
Nothing you type is uploaded, saved or shared. The app works fully offline and has no internet access, no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your answers exist only on your screen while the app is open.

GENTLE, NOT CLINICAL
The questions are thoughtful and kind, the way a caring friend would ask, not a form at a clinic. If your answers suggest you are carrying a lot, the app shows real helpline numbers (such as KIRAN 1800-599-0019 in India) that you can tap to call.

A WAY FORWARD
Your reflection includes small, doable suggestions matched to what you shared: one anchor to protect each day, a slow breathing exercise, a note about what has already helped you, and an honest, caring recommendation about speaking to a professional when that seems wise.
