Huge improvement when reviewing the history of changes of a tickets. It's currently impossible to know at a glance what was added and removed. Having a comparison tool makes it easy to review at a glance.

Very useful extension, I believe this feature should be part of Jira but... extension is better then nothing

Installed, and it changed the format of the change history in a Jira ticket, but there is nothing highlighted by different colors to indicate any differences
