For a company as established and widely used as 3CX, it is very disappointing that the mobile app does not appear to offer a simple option to block unwanted callers. Spam calls are a daily issue for many users, and call blocking is a basic feature most phone apps already provide. The app may work for business calling, but not having an easy way to block spam numbers makes the user experience frustrating. This is something 3CX should prioritize and add as a standard feature.

Sometimes it rings to my phone, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I get a notification and no ring. Sometimes when I click on the notification, the app opens but I can’t answer the call. Just a poor experience overall.
