User Reviews

Aircall on iPhone is easy to use and integrates well with desktop workflows (HubSpot) and messaging like WhatsApp, while keeping business communications separate from personal numbers. However, widespread reliability and texting issues, a confusing workspace/UI redesign, expensive contracts, and inconsistent support burden the experience. Pros exist for organization and CRM integration, but durability and usability concerns are frequent across reviews.
Pros
  • Easy to use and intuitive across desktop and mobile.
  • Solid desktop/online experience with easy setup and HubSpot integration.
  • Messaging features, including sending WhatsApp messages and images.
  • Keeps work communications separate from personal cell phones (professional phone system).
  • Workspace feature offers organizational benefits for some users.
Cons
  • Frequent reliability issues: dropped calls, poor audio quality, and lag.
  • Texting problems: not receiving texts or messages delayed for months.
  • Workspace/UI redesign causes major usability problems: hard to navigate, texts and calls mixed, poor search, and cluttered tabs.
  • Billing and contract concerns: year-long commitments and charges after porting away.
  • Customer support is slow or unhelpful, with AI responses and escalation delays.

I’ve been using your call for a little time now for work. It does work great however it does have its issues. My biggest issue is when I am doing a conference call, if at least one of those people is also on Aircall, then my keypad is grayed out. Meaning if I make an another call into the conference and I have to dial an extension or press zero for the operator, I cannot do that because the number pad is grayed out! This is a huge issue for us at My place of work! The second issue is called quality. Sometimes it works good sometimes it doesn’t. I get complaints from the other end saying they can’t hear me or that I’m quiet and then on my end sometimes it’s static and choppy sounding. These are both issues that need to be fixed. Because we use this for work, I will continue using it. But hopefully this gets fixed before my company decides to use something else! It does in a great nicely with our CRM so we do use it.

We have been using for two months now multiple calls drop clients can’t hear us. We’ve lost multiple deals. Very hard to maintain connection on any network.
