Update as of 01/16/26. Dexcom is now working. I’m going to test this app for next 3 weeks. Compliant: Well so far I thought this was going to be the best thing ever. And it probably would except for no personal help or support. I receive numerous emails “let me know if you need help” only to be followed by another email stating same thing. My issue is with Dexcom 6 connection. And yes I have tried all suggestions that Jade has sent - even to changing servers on Dexcom app. Yes, the user name and password is correct, yes I am using 4 of 5 allowed apps following me, and yes - Jade would be my 5th. An app is only as good as service or help. I have asked for help multiple times. I guess it won’t work for me. I have spent 2 days on this.

If you download this app, be prepared to be smothered in spam by this developer. They keep sending spam even after I told them to stop and they agreed. The spam keeps coming. The irony is that their app is USELESS!

I downloaded the trial two nights ago, and in 36 hours, I can tell my BF management has improved. I love the coach tips, and the BG predictive tool. Now I can see what my choices now can result in later, and make better decisions. I can also drill into why the results are different from the predictions. I usually will ride out a trial, and even if I subscribe, I’ll wait till the last possible minute. However, with this, I’m seeing so much value in subscribing now because of the very valuable tools in the paid version. Usually I think paying for a free app is a ruse, but in this case, I feel it’s so valuable I can’t wait to do it. What a great tool! I don’t know where this has been during my journey with LADA, but man, am I excited about this.
