Customer has too much power to give bad ratings with no explanation. If customer gives bad rating and it’s valid they need to explain why the rating. Then shipt should fact check the reason.

I’ve only worked a week and I’m already fed up. The app says payout is on Friday. Today is Friday and my account balance is zero. A whole week of shopping and paying gas out of my pocket. Their ai chat support is mind numbingly useless, and the human support agent Ariel L, was even worse. Somehow magically now I need to wait an extra week to get paid? Definitely my worst gig experience ever.
