Genuinely abysmal experience. The ONE perk is the low instant cash out fees compared to other apps. Items will show as "out-of-stock" when they are in stock, and vice versa. Target is already a PITA to navigate. Once you tap "headed to store," it hides the store address. They incentivise taking last-minute orders with high pay, then count lateness against you. TLMD routes are the only way to make decent money, but Shipt will suspend you from those if you arrive 1 minute after the 15-min window.
