User Reviews

Users praise ease of use and customization, especially adding personal foods, and see it as a helpful tool for managing intolerances. The free version includes ads, with an optional paid upgrade to remove them. Key drawbacks are an incomplete food database, plus a lack of clear instructions and color-coding explanations, which can cause confusion. Overall it’s a useful intolerances app, but coverage and onboarding could improve to appeal to more users.
Pros
  • Easy to use with a clean, user-friendly design.
  • Ability to add your own foods/items and customize the database.
  • Helpful for managing multiple food intolerances and logging meals.
  • Free version with ads, plus optional upgrade to remove ads.
Cons
  • Ads in the free version; removal only via paid upgrade.
  • Incomplete or missing foods in the database; gaps in coverage for common items.
  • Unclear guidance or instructions for use and color-coding (gray) leading to confusion.
Recent reviews
I was first introduced to ALLicaneat from my dietitian at the university of Michigan. At the time, it was a wonderful app, no ads, was in US Customary Units, ounces, grams etc., vs Metric, was able to set my food options (such as fructose, glucose etc., without seeing all the others), and was a little easier to move around within the app site to locate food items. Now there’s ads, which I can remove if I pay for that option, I can pick my food issue option but the others are still showing up in the list, and the site itself is just “average”. Super bummed about the whole update, bad choice.

I’ve been using All I Can Eat Tracker for a few months now, and I have to say, it’s been a game changer in managing my food sensitivities. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean design that makes logging meals and tracking symptoms effortless. I love the extensive food database that allows me to quickly check ingredients for common intolerances like gluten, dairy, and nuts. One of the standout features is the symptom tracker. It’s easy to record how I’m feeling after meals and correlate certain foods with reactions, helping me pinpoint triggers with precision. The app also suggests personalized tips based on my food history, which has been invaluable for adjusting my diet. The premium version unlocks additional features like meal planning suggestions and access to educational resources about food intolerances. These extra tools are definitely worth the upgrade if you’re serious about managing your intolerances. The app also integrates seamlessly with Apple Health, allowing me to track my overall wellness alongside my food reactions. I’ve found it particularly helpful to share my logs with my doctor during appointments. Overall, I highly recommend the Food Intolerance Tracker to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive tool to manage their food sensitivities. It’s easy to use, packed with useful features, and has helped me regain control over my diet.
