Users like the Sensibo app for its ease of use, HomeKit integration, and ability to control multiple units remotely. However, frequent subscription prompts and intrusive ads, rough temperature input (1° vs 2° increments), Climate React being overly complex or lacking key controls, and recurring reliability/Wi-Fi/setup issues are common complaints.

The app description says Sensibo + costs 2.99/mo, but the app says it's 4.99/mo, but then the app won't even let you purchase by the month, it just ignores you if you try to purchase a monthly subscription and only works if you purchase by the year, which is $34.99. Also please change the way you can adjust the temperature in climate react. The little + and - things drive me crazy (I always get near the temp I want, and then bam it slides all the way to the end!), and the slider is so hard to get exact. Just let me type in the friggin temp I want. And climate react needs a home and away setting. I’d love to be able to maintain my AC at a less power hungry setting when in away then when I’m home.
