It is 23:40 and I am not receiving a verification pin, since no human is working! The chat both told me to Seite until the next day 🤨! For what you have a chat when they are not able to help?

The app got me stuck in a loop during identity verification. So app is unusable for me. Not only the app is unusable but the whole company is absolutely horrible, got in touch with them TWICE via chat, trying to explain what is happening, like I really wanted to open an account with them, I got ghosted in the chat, TWICE, not a connection problem, they just didnt bother to follow up. There is also no way to get in touch with them to solve this issue, if they dont even bother helping new customers to get their business, like they couldnt give a damn, imagine once you are already a client and have issues how they behave. Sorry, will give my business to banks that actually want my business.
