FCA got them by the pant seam so they said “Don’t give out savings products” at the same time as taking away a pre-existing savings product. This happened a year ago but being forced to update my app made me reflect. Why do I still bank with them you may ask? Answer: I have no option.

I love Starting Bank but the last changes made on the app were made so you can hate this app. Much more difficult to use. I can’t believe these changes were made :(
