The app is repeatedly crashing or failing after updates. UI/UX is seen as clunky and outdated, with excessive manual steps and transfer friction. Language support and international usability are inconsistent, sometimes defaulting to German. A few praise OCR transfer and courteous support, but overall usability and stability are major concerns.

Recent reviews

Since the most recent update, I have been experiencing issues with Face ID authentication. I am still able to log in to other application for example, Miles & More credit card without any problems. However, the Deutsche Bank app no longer allows me to use either Face ID or my password. After adding my Bank ID, the password option disappears, and tapping the Face ID button does not trigger any action. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
