Unlike Kindle ou Apple Books, there is no way to use a dictionary in Tolino iOS app. Translation and web search are available but depend on internet connection. Is there a plan to support the built-in dictionary function of iOS?

I love that Hugendubel has many more German language graphic novels than any other e-book sellers. There varety is fantastic. However, the app is not user friendly. It does not allow you to read landscape. And it has only the original size and a slightly magnified size. There is no zooming in and out to any size like other apps Kindle and Apple iBooks. It’s rather substandard.

My cat could have created a better e-reader. The entire experience from purchase to reading with Orwell Fussli online books has been awful. You don’t get a link to download the books into another e-reader. The app isn’t really an app, but a web browser. One one book, I can’t change anything! One font size, no night mode or direction of reading mode. I have to zoom in on each page because it defaults back to a small font. Every single page you have to zoom in to read! I am upset that I can’t read these books elsewhere. It seems I did not buy these books, but rented them. This is a total scam. Never will I buy an ebook from Orell Fussli.
