I’ve tried to pay at the pump 3 times this week, twice it hung up trying to authorize and I had to pay with a different method. Twice I tried to pay in store for snacks, and while I had a QRCode on screen, the clerk couldn’t get it to scan one of the times - and he didn’t even know that should be possible.

I attempted to get gas at the Phillips 66 in Mason, TX but was unable to do so because the app claimed that I was over a half mile away from the pump and that I needed to “move closer to the pump” In reality… I was ACTUALLY about 2 1/2 FEET AWAY!!😳 I went inside the store and they said that they had “no idea” how the app works and were unable to help me. CRAZY!!!🤨
