Users repeatedly report login failures and unstable performance, with rewards misfiring and unclear pricing. The app’s map UI often hides price information, and integration of the rewards program is confusing. Redeeming the discount from T-Mobile Tuesdays doesn’t work with this Shell app. It tries to get me to download the older Fuel Rewards app. But I can’t log into the Fuel Rewards app. It just gives me an error saying that the data is in the wrong format. I tried changing my password and reinstalling the Fuel Rewards app but without any luck. Send T-Mobile a new Branch MMP link so that clicking to redeem the reward sends us to the newer Shell app.
