The Petro-Canada iOS app is repeatedly failing to load and crashing, especially in car wash lines, with users unable to login or access accounts. Many report IP/geolocation restrictions, preventing use outside Canada. Wallet and points integration is poor or missing, with digital cards not working at pumps and missing point receipts. The app is seen as slow, outdated, and lacking modern security features (captcha/login hurdles). Overall, reliability and usability are severely affected across devices and networks.
