2026-07-10	Dr*****	Paid a lot of money for the camera, app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. Won’t work on modern iPhones with USB-C power inlet. I have tried numerous adapters. Very frustrating and disrespectful to customers.

2025-12-30	He*****	The app cannot find my SEEK compact. I also cannot load any informatinal videos to explain how the app works while inside of the app. Only on youtube. It is very slow and buggy, and I cannot get the app or the camera to function...BUYERS BEWARE.

2025-12-08	El*****	Disappointed… I’ve contacted support for adapters and they just said to go to Amazon. Didn’t recommend any specific adapter. Bought 2 different sets. Neither worked… very disappointing to have an expensive dust collector that could be so incredibly useful.😠😠

2025-08-30	Ki*****	I can never get this app to work properly it will come on and immediately close out. I can get nobody to contact me about this issue. Why??? I paid the money for the camera but it’s no freaking good if the app doesn’t work!!

2025-07-07	Fa*****	The app has always been problematic. You have to open it a couple times to make it work and then once it recognizes the camera it may take a few minutes for an image to show up. I have a Seek Compact that i purchased last year, when I emailed for support they told me it was manufactured in 2017. Anyways when I connect the camera to my phone the app will recognize that I have a Seek Compact plugged in but the screen stays black. I read the other reviews and someone mentioned they tried turning cellular data off and trying again, unfortunately for me this did not work.

2025-05-16	Bo*****	App does recognize when unit is connected to iPhone 12. I got it to connect for 5 minutes after rebooting, then nothing. Unit works fine on old iPhone 7. Data transfer and charging works fine on the iPhone 12 but this does not. I was forced to update the IOS version on my iPhone 7 to use iTunes. Now it does not work on that device either and I can’t downgrade.
